I think this is quite possibly my favorite dress I’ve ever had in the store. It’s such a flattering fit for any body type. 
Length is midi, waist is elastic, and the 3/4 sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and banded at the opening. The zipper is nearly the full length of the dress. Stripes are washed black.
